Installing Hella Fogs, how to use stk switch instead

I have installed Hella Fogs in my car and they came with the Bosch relay and on/off switch with 3 contacts. I want to use a stk Trans Am switch which I pulled off a wrecked car. How do I wire this switch up and use it just as an on/off. I assume I need one blade to be a ground and the other to be power. Ay help appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Installing Hella Fogs, how to use stk switch instead

1) that switch looks like a rear defroster switch, not a foglight switch (but I'm no bird expert).

2) I'm guessing at this - since I'm a Camaro guy and the Camaro's only have 4 prongs on the foglight switch ... one is for power IN, that the switch sends to the fog light relay, one is for power OUT to the relay, one is power that lights up the switch indicator light when it's turned on, one is a ground (have to have a ground to make the indicator light in the switch work), and last (the big guess here on my part) one gets connected to the headlight switch, so that the foglight switch is illuminated with the rest of the dash lights (I'm assumingt thsi to also be a 12v+)

Re: Installing Hella Fogs, how to use stk switch instead

the switch was pulled from a wrecked car...yes it is a defog switch but I was going to see if it worked, otherwise I would look for anotner switch. My car has these same switches in it so I want to keep it looking all the same and not have to install the switch with the green button. If there is a simple on/off switch with my current look, I can/will use that.
