where does the green wire on fuel pump relay harness connect?

im having trouble getting my Camaro running. came home from lunch one day, jumped in my car and nothing. no sound from fuel pump. so I assumed the pump went out. put in a new one. same thing. nothing. put in a relay. same thing. used a jumper wire on the relay the car would fire but not stay running. I then replaced the relay wire harness. still nothing. My budding checked all the wires and noticed that the green wire had no power at all going to the relay. we just need to know where the green wire runs to. or has anyone run in to this problem and it was something else. any help will be much appreciated. thanks. my car is a 87 with a 5.7 tpi

we just need to know where the green wire runs to
Is the power to turn on the relay from the ECM ;
only has power for 2 sec when the key 1st turned on or after engine starts cranking over

If your OPSU ( fuel pump switch ) is connected and working, the fuel pump should run from that switch as soon as you crank the engine over ;
even with the pump relay disconnected

Typical 3rd gen pump wiring

where is the fuel pump switch located at and what does it look like? when I turned the key, the pump will not kick on. the only time I had the pump turn on was with the jumper wire. I have a couple of my friends working on the car who know a lot more then I do. we cant seem to find the reason why the pump wont kick on and the car to run

Above the oil filter or maybe behind the dizzy
Older style switch has 2 lugs , not the connector as shown on late model switch below

As I noted above
It should be hot for 2 sec when you 1st turn the key on and when the engine is cranking over
