Hedman tork-step headers, with thermo-tec wrap

set of BRAND NEW Hedman Tork-step headers, Hedman P/N 68464($233.99 new) wrapped with Thermo-tec header wrap ($75). these headers are brand new and have never been installed, 3" ball flange collector with flange (no gaskets needed) asked $235 shipped OBO

These are definitely long tube headers? Are they step tube? Could you verify a part number???
