this system came off of an '86 trans am 305 auto comes with complete harness and everything the ecm is from an '89 305 auto. asking $300 or willing to trade , i'm looking for a 4th gen rearend. i'm in buffalo ny

I just took posession of a 89 305 tbi formula. looking for ideas (i want to improve the 305) What results have you found with your mods? So far I've
- changed all fluids
- edlebrock open element foam breather
- accell cap, rotor, plugs, 8.8 wires, coil
- opened the power bulge hood
Any advise would be helpful

if you want to buy the whole setup i'll hold off on selling just the maf, because i would prefer to sell it as a whole system. and i think shipping would be between $60 and $70 by ups. usps is probably between $50 and $65 i think
Lemme see if I am getting this straight:
TPI manifold and wiring harness (including MAF) came from an 86 305
ECM came from an 89
That sound right?
I don't need the ECM, but I do need the wiring harness and MAF. What kind of shape is the harness in? I might be too late (jstoltz is ahead of me on this one), but I'm definitely interested in the harness.
yeah the ecm is from an '89 and the rest is from an 86 305. the harness is in good shape except for a couple ground connections that got snipped.
and the heads are not included. the heads in the pic are not tpi, those are from an '87 305 that was carbed, they came off a running engine with about 120k miles i think it was.
if you wanted the heads it would cost a lot more for shipping, probably almost double
you can part it out if you want. I was looking for something to throw on a 406 block (I put it together last year and never started it. needs a bottle brush ran through it now anyway)I had and get rid of all of it (motor and tranny). I am going to big block. the 305 heads are probably going to be too small and it would run pretty bad all through the rpm range that the tpi would already be restricting.
