Yes I do. The whole setup is still in the car. I am planning on taking it out later this winter.

Re: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
Ok. Are you willing to separate any of the pieces at all? I have the same type of transmission but I don't have the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, crossmember, or hydraulics. So if your willing to sell those separate then I'm interested.

Re: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
OK just so everybody knows, I still have everything in the car. It is still for sale. I would let the trans and bellhousing go for $1100 plus shipping or delivery if close enough. I would let the whole setup go for $2000 plus shipping. So far I have gotten quotes for shipping to the midwest IL or OH in the range of $250-300. As a guess FL would probably be around $500. My shop is up, so I have a place to pull it apart, I just need someone to commit so I can plan on when to pull it.
Townaj - My primary goal is to sell the trans and bellhousing. If I am left with the parts you need then I think we could make a deal.
Who wants it?

Do you still have it?
i am looking at doing a auto to manual trans swap into my 86 Z28 TPI,
What is your bottom line price for everthing?
Where abouts in N. Idaho do you live? I live in Kalispell Montana, so i might be close enough for pickup.
Thanks

I'm interested in the whole shebang, depending on how soon you plan on taking the car apart. A deposit is a possibility.

Re: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
I am planning on getting the camaro into the shop this week, (as soon as I clean off the 3' of snow on it.) My bottom line price is $2000 for everything, plus ACTUAL shipping cost. I NEED to get that much out of it. There seems to be enough interest to justify that. IF things go like they look, I should have enough time to get it out by the 10th of Jan. That is of course dependant on the weather - snow fall actually. As far as a deposit? That would give me a much greater incentive to get it out, but I will leave that up to you. If you want it bad enough to pay a deposit then thats cool.
Well it looks like we are getting a break in the weather today so I think I will head out and start digging it out. First one with the money get it.
Oh and by the way this pic is after it started melting this morning around 5am.

Oh, OK. I wouldn't have the money until a month or so from now, that's mostly why I was wondering when you planned on taking it apart. If it was going to take longer, I would pay a deposit so you would know you had all the parts sold, and then not worry about being in a rush to get things done. Sounds like I won't be ready soon enough though

Re: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
UPDATE: It is still in the car, the car is sitting in the shop, but I havn't gotten anything done on it yet. Trans went out in my truck, so I put the plow on My dad's truck, and now between plowing and fixing his POS truck so that I can plow, things SUCK. Maybe soon though, we'll see.
86blackiroc - If you want to make a deposit I could go for that, I am not in too much of a hurry yet. Your call. It would ease my mind a bit though.
85gulstrandTA - It actually doesn't fit too bad. About the only "metalwork" I had to do was cut part of the unibody crossmember out of the floorpan, for the shifter to come up through. But it came up right through the factory Auto shifter opening in the console. It is coming out because I want to go back to an Auto, 700R4, or TH400. With the torque this thing puts down, going through an Auto, it should be like a rocket out of the hole no matter what gears are in it, and with the 700R4 I could still afford to drive it to work. Not to mention dropping more than a second in the 1/4 from not having to shift 3 times. (right now I cross the traps at the very top of 4th at about 105 - I need better tires).
DirtMeister - Spirit Lake, just north of Coeur d'Alene. 6' of snow and counting, although raining right now....... until Friday.
Take care everyone.

Re: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
Brian, I just looked at the weather and we are supposed to be up to 42 by next Saturday. If you are really serious, and have cash in hand I could probably have it out this week.

I think I PMed you a while ago about maybe selling the flywheel and clutch. So if your thinking about pulling stuff soon I'll get back in line for those parts

Re: UPDATE: T-56 6speed 4sale N. Idaho
Everything is out except the master and slave. They will probably be out tonight. I will not separate until I have a commitment or payment for the largest portion, i.e. tranny&bellhousing. If someone is serious about the trans and doesn't want the flywheel and clutch then I will split it. I would rather see everything go at once.
