Looking for a set of vortecs, prefer some that already have the spring mod done so I can run a .461" lift cam. Also need a set of self aligning rockers and center bolt valve covers.

Re: Vortecs

I've got a set of brand new 062 casting Vortec's that are unmodified. I bought them for my L98 but decided to keep stock parts. I paid $450 for them and that's my asking price. They are stock so that may not fit your needs but the cheapest I've seen them new is $310 apiece.

I've got a set with intake i bought from scoggin dickey a few years ago. I only used them for about 1000-2000 mi. before starting an lsx swap. Also have the valve covers and rockers. Asking $650. obo

Re: Vortecs

I already had to go ahead and purchase new heads, intake, rockers.... Have over 800.00 in it so far and still not done buying parts....

Any idea what kind of HP you were making? What cam were you running with that setup, and where in MO are you located?

Re: Vortecs

I had them on a 327 with Lunati Cam (Advertised Duration 262/268, Lift .468/.489). Not sure on the HP because i never had it on a dyno. I copied the setup from some other 327 builds i found on and their setups made between 350-375 with that cam. I'm in cental MO 230mi west of STL about 20mi off I-70
