i know (personally) that the 4.3 transmission is good. it was in my DD.
the 350 i only moved around the yard (i got this one because the guy was 80+ and going into care)
the 305tpi should be good (this car was a right / front total, so it had to be working)

im in central IL and have a 700r4 in a daily driver im getting ready to scrap
runs perfect nice strong every day and has for many years that ive had it
it is a 1991 with VSS speedo
if interested then make fair offer for it
i would need your old tranny for core

Are you still looking for a trans? I have a freshly rebuilt one .... 0 miles I built it to put in a project car that never took shape. If your still looking how much are you willing to spend. I have it listed at about 800, it has over 400 new hard parts in it
