converting 305 RS motor to 358 high pf motor

I have an 89 RS that had a 305 5 spd. Im wondering what I can do as far as the fuel delivery works. Lets keep in mind this is a 530 HP 358. I need to know if I can use my stock electric fuel pump(guessing the answer to this is no but Im not sure)? I was also wondering if I could use a mechanical fuel pump without having to take out the stock electric one? I also would like to know if I could stay with the TBI that came on it with the mechanical fuel pump(will that work)? Just mainly need to know my options as far as fuel delivery goes with the car.

Another issue I am running into is wondering if I could use my stock tranny with a centerforce clutch or will it just fry out when I go to take off? I dont believe any of the 89 RS camaros came with the World Class T5 but I am not sure on that. I have a 700r4 that is built for the motor but my computer is not set up for an automatic, is there a tranny controller that I could use instead of hooking up the computer?

I REALLY WANT TO GET MY F-BODY ON THE ROAD SO PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY IMPUT. IVE BEEN STUCK IN LIMBO ABOUT ALL OF THIS AND ITS SCARY I WANT TO GET IT OUT OF THE GARAGE FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH THIS YEAR. I SPENT 3000 ON THIS SETUP I WANNA DRIVE IT PLEASE HELP ME.

I definetly dont think you could use the stock fuel pump. As far as tranny I dont think a T-5 would handle that.

For your fuel delivery questions, the answer is none of the things you suggest will work. You can probably support the power with the stock 3/8" line, but everything else will need to change.

The TH700 isn't controlled by the computer. The only function the computer has is to lock up the torque converter clutch under cruise conditions. There's no way a stock TBI is going to support 530 HP, so it's really a moot point. You can hook up the TCC lock-up function without a computer.

There's also no way the T5 is going to stand up to the torque of a 530 HP engine.

Car: 1990 Iroc-z and 1989 Iroc-z Conv.
Engine: 350 TPI Vortec 472RWHP
Transmission: Tremec TKO
Axle/Gears: 7.625/3.73
If you want to remain with a manual tranny, go with a Tremec TKO, it will handle the torq and HP with no problem at all. TBI and TPI use electric fuel pump only. (mech pump can't produce enough pressure), so you'll probably have to change your fuel pump to reach all the potential of your new combo.
