motor swap - which flywheel?

swapping in a ZZ4 and am going to use a new flywheel. GM offers two options for our cars - standard weight 25lb came of L03 cars and light weight 16lb came of TPI cars. I originally have the 25# one. should I stick with it or go for the light weight one? any thoughts?

I went with the light-weight version. I learned to shift a bit more quickly to make up for the loss of flywheel speed. If I had to decide again, I might seriously consider the standard piece.
