1991 RS 305tbi to 350tpi
Almost done with my swap, has been over 6 months in the making.
Slowly bought all major engine components off craigslist (short block, bowtie heads, TPI intake), rebuilt them myself, then bought everything else new from summit (exhaust, rebuild kits, cam, starter, valve covers, water pump, fuel pump, AFPR, prom tuning stuff, misc. hardware)
the 305 developed a serious oil leak, ran out of oil, then threw a rod, but at the time I was already working on its replacement
going smoothly so far, should have it running by Friday

Re: 1991 RS 305tbi to 350tpi
Almost done, just got a bunch of little things to do:
-Injector wiring
-Lengthen TPS, IAC, and MAP sensor
-Mount coil
-Get right size belt for AIR delete (96.8")
-Get TPI throttle cable and TV cable
-Mount the coil on the firewall
-Install plenum and runners and air filter
Had some clearance problems with the 168 tooth flexplate, Summit ministarter, and hedman shorties, gotta have the Y-pipe welded to the shorties, no room for the 3-bolt flange on the starter side. Y-pipe also hits the oil pan so it needs more clearance there too, gonna drive it over to the exhaust shop once I get everything else done
