Help asap
ok, so I've got my swap ready to go, the 305 is out and I'm ready to drop the 350 in. I've been searching like crazy trying to figure out if it's possible to drop it in with my hedman long tube headers attached. I couldn't pull the engine with them attached but didnt know if I could do it going in.
If someone could help me out here in the next couple of hours that'd be great, as I plan on putting it in after lunch at about 1-2pm today
Thank you in advance

Re: Help asap
Well in the past if I couldn't get the engine out with the headers on it most likely will not go in that way. But I have put the headers into the engine bay ahead of installing the motor. I pull them towards the fender wells as much as possible. Then zip tie, tie with rope, wire them what ever it takes to keep them out of the way while installing the motor.

gotcha, I guess I just didnt know if I could set the engine in place but still have it lifted some then put them on before I drop it all the way.

Re: Help asap
I have found that setting in like I have written above saves a lot of time later. These headers have been in your car with the 305 already, am I right?
