Although i'm sure many of you are unaware, two members of the South Carolina F and Y body board (one a member, and one a moderator) were killed in may, in a tragic accident at a gathering in May.

Following this accident, there have been calls for fellow f body (and general high performance car) enthusiasts to sign up to pledge against street racing.

Although I had never spoken to or met any of the people involved, I feel a strong allegence to them, we have all street raced (i.e burned someone off at the lights) at some time, but i think the performance car scene can benifit from seperating ourselves from the friday night boy racer brigade, that we all get tarred with, because we drive "sporty" cars.

I will sign up to this pledge, and will send for my sticker as soon as they become available.
