Flordia law
Flordia law does not emission test, so I was thinking about removing my cats on my 1989 IROC-Z 350 TPI. Has any removed there cats and if so any problems? I was wonding how it would effect the electronic components or will it run the same. Any advice would be great?

I'm planning to do the same. I can't take them off myself because I don't have the right tools. I know midas and other chain stores won't do it, but I think some of the smaller shops might take them off for me?

Re: Flordia law
i took mines off engines run better but louder what u want to put is a resantor it makes the air flow better and the exust sound less loud. so take out the cat and put a resantor.

just to refresh all upstanding members memory-tampering with an emission control device is a federal, not state, violation. that being said, do what you are going to do.
