I was considering getting a flowmaster catback but i'm not sure if i should wait or not...
See in the future I plan to get hooker 2055 and a high flow 3in cat but I won't have that money for awhile.
So, the new catback would have to have the stock outlet size for now, and I would like to have 3in all the way back.
Is there a way to convert the outlets to 3inch in the future or should I just wait till I have enough money to do it all at the same time.

I would wait because it will most likely save you a lot of hastle.

Well I did what you want to. I got the hooker cat back which is 3" but had a 2.25" reducer attcahed to it to connect to my origonal exhaust. When I upgraded to headers and a larger cat I just cut the reducer off and utilized the full 3'. Any cat-back that you buy for your particular engine application will come with the necessary reducer welded to it. Now if your cat-back and header purchase are just around the corner of each other just wait. I had my cat back for 2 years before I got headers.
