Dual Muffler

Hey guys would there be any benefit from running two mufflers from the stock tailpipes instead of the big old clunker that sits in the back? I was thinking of running something along the lines of two magnaflows. Is there even enough room to do it?

It might sound a little different but that's about it.

Re: Dual Muffler

To do it without losing ground clearance is the catch. I have twin glasspacks tucked under the rear of my car, and its a tight fit. Any type of round or "bullet" style muffler would probably fit. Anything oval or square probably wouldn't unless you can offset them and they were very small. But both tailpipes would have to exit on the driver's side of the rear.

Re: Dual Muffler

Just run a single bullet, unless you are running true duals. Then run dual bullets.

This is what I'm running & the single muffler is under the rear seat area.

The stock muffler is really just a single inlet/dual outlet muffler.
