1991-1992 Trans Am & GTA tail lights

Here is a nice set of tail lights from a '91 GTA. I bought these and refurbished them with the intent of putting them on my 1987 Trans Am, but have decided to sell the car, and never got the lights in it. I do not have the wiring harness to go along with these lights, nor any other 91 GTA parts. I bought these lights as is, only dirtier!

I took these apart (without breaking anything!), cleaned each piece thoroughly, and reassembled using 3M sealant. After reassembly, I polished the outer lenses to remove most of the scratches that 15 years of use/abuse had put in them. I also have a "tomato red" (which is supposed to be as close to the OEM color as possible) vinyl decal coming from AutoGraphics to replace the "PONTIAC" lettering.

The left (driver's side) light has a star crack near the outermost edge, in the amber turn signal area. The grid has begun to delaminate from the inside of the lens, but only at this spot. Overall, it measures about an inch and a half tall, by an inch wide. I can't feel the crack with my fingernail, so I assume it isn't all the way through. There are also a few scratches that are still visible, but I didn't want to chance screwing them up so I didn't try really hard to get them all out. I'd imagine with some effort they would buff out great. See pictures below. The pictures really do make it look worse than it is, especially the scratches.

The right (passenger side) light has a "bruise" in it near the top of the black area to the inside of the clear reverse light. It measures a half inch tall by about an inch long. It also has some scratches, but again nothing too bad. They also would likely come out with a little more time and elbow grease. This light also has an area about four inches long on the raised edge of the reflector where it looks like it's been rubbed on something. I may have done it with the buffer, I can't be sure. It's hardly noticeable on the car.

Picture time!

I will be glad to answer any questions you may have. The backside of these both looks great. There are no cracks, missing studs, etc. They are missing three wingnuts, but otherwise are intact. If these don't sell in a couple weeks, they'll hit eBay. These lights are not perfect for a show car, but they look very good for a driver car. I'd rate them as show-worthy if it weren't for the crack and delamination on the left light.

Asking $400 for the pair. I'll even toss a bow in the box for Christmas if you want.

Bump for the weekend crowd.

Make me an offer. I'll likely put these on eBay next week if they don't go here.

Re: 1991-1992 Trans Am & GTA tail lights

Mine came (finally) from Autografics.com. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after the slow shipping and poor email response, though.

I ordered and payed via PayPal sometime in mid December, and I didn't get it by mid January. I emailed them and got no response. I emailed again with this:
I ordered a decal mid DECEMBER. PayPal cleared DECEMBER 17. I emailed you last Friday, and have yet to recieve any kind of response whatsoever.
Obviously, seeing the returned check on your website homepage, you take it seriously when folks don't pay you for your services. But, equally as obviously by your lack of response or concern regarding this transaction, you don't take it very seriously when the tables are turned.
Please respond. PayPal Transaction ID #:abc123xxx. Item was a "92 Taillight Pontiac Decal - Standard Color Item # pontitlf3ds".
Thank you.

This got a quick response, and the decal was shipped out a couple days later, judging by the postmark. I emailed again letting him know I got it, but once again he never responded.

I'll PM you with another option I know of.
