Those aren't 3rd gen wheels. I think they are off a Blazer. If they were third gen wheels they would have the correct offset and a smaller center cap.

I'm pretty sure a Chevy Astro Van's bolt pattern is 5x5, so no, it won't fit.

The center cap is the same size as the ones for 91-92, its just flat insted of having the raised hexagon shape on them. Heres an example of the stock wheel and center cap. (this pic is from somewhere on this site i think. It's not from the set i'm selling)


the other wheels had the smaller ones like these.


However, it looks as though they are already spoken for. We're working it out right now.

I was thinking the later years only had the hexagon part as the center cap, not the giant disk too.
