Chrome 16in iroc rims

Set of four chrome 16in iroc rims some curb rash on right front. all have chrome peeling on the inside. 150 obo

What's going on with the bubbling, or what appears to be bubbling? Is the chrome in good shape minus the curb rash?

It's the inside thats peeling the spokes are not peeling they look good from a distance they were on the car when i bought it have no use for the rims
