They are 3 Pieces 1 middle aluminum piece the outside pieces are plastic. All the hardware is included except for the clips. The clips are on my current camaro. I am willing to take them off but do no know what kind of shape they will be in. i.e. they may bend or break trying to get them off and the clips are rusted.
