factory thread style lug nuts

Looking for 5 factory lug nuts. They ones that allow the plastic cap to be screwed on. For my 1989 Formula 350.

FYI; Almost every auto parts store carries them under the Dorman line. EG; 611-109 is what O'Reilly lists per application for my car.
