Just pick up some sheet metal from about any hardware store. Try to go slightly thicker sheet metal than what you had before.

Nothing at Classic industries, already checked.

I know I can use sheet metal stock but was hoping to find actual formed parts that would be exact.

Cookie sheets? When the floor gets warm do you enjoy the smell of home baked????

Best bet if you want some random quarter of a floor pan your going to have to find a local place that fabricates panels. I have a place here by me in ohio that will fabricate small parts for you if you cut a section a bit bigger then what you want to patch and give them a rough idea of what the piece should look like. Anything smaller then a full floor pan you mine as well bring out the old cookie sheets.

Re: Partial Floor Patch Panels????

OK just to be clear, I hav alrady checked Eckler's, MidAmerica, Classic Industries, etc -those are all FULL floor pans.

I was hoping someone was making partials that would contour to the existing pans, the holes in mine are small - one the size of a dime, the second about 1/2" by 3" (yes they will get beigger when cut out), so looks like I will go with sheet metal stock. Can't believe no makes partials, oh well.
