Axle/Gears: stock
will a dana 60 fit in a camaro?
i know that i will need to cut it and weld different brackets on it. but other that that is there anything i should know. any clearance issuse?

Your biggest hurdle would be the width.
Brackets & mounts can be fabbed, but is it too narrow/too wide?

There's no easy way to attach the torque arm. If you want a Dana 60, it will be cheaper and easier to buy the Strange direct bolt in Dana 60.
Most junkyard Dana 60 diffs have full floating hubs because they're in 3/4+ trucks. You might find one in an old Dodge car but very few got the Dana 60. To convert to a semi floating axle like cars use, there's going to be a lot more work involved than what it's worth.
