Aluminum Overflow Radiator Tank
Needed one of these and had the time & materials to make it so I said why not. I think it turned out pretty good. I still have to round off the edges and polish it. Enjoy!

Looks nice, but Id swap the copper plug on top for an actual cap like this

Not really, made cardboard templates, cut it out, hit it on the brake and welded it up
