Plastic Door Sill and handle "Nuts"

What kind of nuts or whatever are holding on my outer door handles and my plastic upper door sills on the inside? I need to figure out how to get new ones and install my new door handles. Please help me.....

The nuts holding the door handles are from a 7 to 10 MM range, roll the window up all the way and use box wrenchs of the sizes mentioned above to find the right one (if you have the door panel removed.) I have never taken the handle off, but I am sure it will be one of them. Now the nuts that hold the upper door sill to the door panel are 10 MM nuts, but thay are installed backwards, so just reuse the ones you take off. The plastic door sills are not held onto the door with nuts and bolts but with plastic grooves built into the sills and this takes some practice removing them without breaking the sill or the cardboard door panels. PM me if you need help, or do a search.

the door handles are 10MM i believe. they attach with those crappy "speed nuts". the ones made of a stamped piece of sheet metal. there are two per door handle.
