the 350 and t-top wasn't available in the usa in gta's in 87,88,90,91,92.

Here is a 1987 GTA factory 350, factory t-tops.
Proof of authenticity:
The # "8" is in the 8th digit of the VIN, indicating the 350 motor.
B2L is on the rpo label (B2L=350 motor)
CC1 is on rpo label, indicating t-tops.

The rpo label has french language, indicating a canadian car, also the digital dash has the temp scale in centigrade, indicating canadian car. Canadian is important because only in canada could you get the 350 with the t-tops.

For people who want t-tops, this is an important thing because the differenc in performance is significant between the 350 and 305, and the car could become somewhat valuable someday maybe, if t-tops continue to be popular. I don't know how rare this is, but it could be one of only a few cars made this way. (perhaps 10-20 cars, but I am not an expert in this exact combination). I prefer the 87 for gta's because I like the 3 spoke steering wheel with the gold gta shield in the horn button. This is the ideal shape of steering wheel for driving. (See Nardi book on steering wheel design, and it's importance in driving and racing)

I have put this here as a service to fellow members, I don't own the car. I'd never buy a car with t-tops again, but I know lots of people love them. SO this is for them. I have taken time out of my miserable life to put this here, so please don't take it down if I have inadvertently broken some rule. I think the car deserves mention here, even though it is only a lowly firebird, and not a camaro. I also think it is very very rare, perhaps one of only less than 10 built, and someone on the forum should see it.

The seller may have put it on ebay by now. check there to see if it is there, and if it is, you can see pictures.
