This may go agaist my better judgement, but when have I ever listened to that? Awh, what the hell, count me in. They look really cool and this is a great way to set your car apart, which isn't easy to do with F-Bodies. Just one question, does this company accept money orders?

You will have to ask for money order,
but if they wait to receive cash before sending i dont think this will be a problem..

True. I really don't have the $ set asside for them right now. I am buying a 6300 dollar motor next week that I am borrowing $ to buy. But I really don't want this deal to pass me by. I am willing to work around the 800 drop. Even if I don't put them in for a long *** time. which I don't plan on. I have doors, but they still ned to be shaved, get popers, and new strips, oh yeah and painted b4 the hinges go on.

Oh well ask around.

I sent an email to get more info about it. I am waiting to see what they say. Like if I need to call, or have them call me. And what is the best way to pay.....that sort of stuff.

I can't check my email at work, so I will know if they responded when I get home tonight.

The ball is rolling, and we 5 will be, most likely, the only vetical door thirdgen camaros we will ever see in person. I know mine is gonna be the only one i will ever see. Hell there are only like 5 thirgens, total, I have seen in 5 years anywhere neer/in my town.

oh, okay, wow. I stoped checking this, kinda gave up on it, well you caught me before school started so I've got the money. I sent an e-mail to aerokit informing them that I'm in. But as stated before I have to pay through money order so mine might take a little longer, also I recently changed banks and they said it would take like 10 days for the cashier's check to clear, till then, my savings is just kinda out there in the ether. But I'll send it off as soon as my finances clear up. Unfortunatley I won't be able to install these till at least January as I'm going to Germany for four months. So when I get back I expect to see lots of advice and tips about putting these things on. Maybe I'll stop by and see Evil Ed's vertical doors just to motivate me for when I get back......this is really gonna turn some heads at the mall lol!

great! That'll help immensly, I can see it now...me and a friend struggling to put these on lifting those heavy *** doors into position, swearing a blue streak the whole time, scraping my knuckles, smashing my finger, then being upsaet at the way it turns out, not to mention putting a few dings in the paint before it's all done. Ahhhhhh, I live for this stuff!

THX firedawg225 for posting exactly how I feel too.....

I really hope this thread doesn't get locked cuz of this. I am ordering my hinges on Thursday and am hoping there will be plenty of advice on here by the time they get to my door.

nice VroomVroom87Z28, keep up updated with yours. I am sending out for mine today. I agree with the cheap thing you said. Whenever I tell a freind (not a car person) about the hinges, they can not understand why a hinge would cost so much, hehe. And they think it is an easy thing to make a camaro door go vertical (the have no idea how heavy these doors are).

This is not even worth mentioning, but " dont care no mo" please cut it out. It is great that you are done with your install, but with the way you are acting, i would rather get my advice from someone who is NOT a jerk.

I hope you do understand that you will just keep getting banned, getting a new name and so on... and they will never just be like "oh well this guy is a jerk, let do what he says" So just stop the cycle and drop it. Try posting a thread about it in a week or so once things ahve calmed down and you and the moderator have let this blow over.

took the box inside, and tore it open like a kid on Christmas morning. Inside it's preety simple, info, buisness cards, hiinges and the cd, they actually dont look like they'll be all that difficult to install....but I've said that before.....alot.

Anyway, the company wasn't kidding, they're tough, and heavy, I'd say b/n 20 and 30 lbs. each. They're also alot bigger than I had thought.
Just got mine an hour ago as well

Now its time to install

G o D ??

2 sets you mean? At the group purchase price I'guess that'd be $1600 (176,744 Yen), plus shipping. my shipping was $50 (5,523.25 Yen), and I'm in the same state, I don't know what international shipping would be, you wouldn't happen to know would you Evil Ed?

But that would be to Holland of course.

I actually might be able to get one on before I ship out, I'd be able to show off a little bit.

Shipping to Holland was $187, if you keep in mind what a set of lambo hinge cost over here (they don't even fit !!! on a Third gen) I even win some $$$

Quick Reply: GROUP BUY- Lambo Door hinge kit from GTFactory !
