I actually went and took a look at this car. I'm looking for an IROC and well, it looks A LOT better in the pic then in person. The amount of money in body work it needs, makes it cheaper just to buy a real nice one for around $5K.

The right front fender has a baseball sized dent, the drivers side door is full of long dents, the drivers side rear fender has a big dent just a little bigger than a NFL football. Then a bunch of other little pock mark dents covering the car.

ALSO, even though it's advertised as having posi, he put it on the lift for me, and somebody replaced the posi axle with a standard one from a junkyard.

It's missing the Z28 Emblem on the drivers side door, and it really needs new paint to shine. And the drivers seat has a rip. I know that's not a big thing but still.

I was gonna get it, but with the amount of body damage, and the posi being replaced (why?) I'm gonna go with a standard IROC.

I've never seen a red one. There were reds and blacks. Sure that is a CA IROC. Were the headlight pockets like that for those?

9k posts.

Originally, the headlight pockets were black on the red cars. This is probably legit. After 17 years it has probably been painted (and needs it again). There weren't too many Calif. Iroc's with T-tops.
Mark, there's a red one @ www.iroc-zpost.com in the members car section. It belongs to K. Soltini. It also has T-tops. he's posted three pictures with three different wheel sets. Check it out if you want to compare.
