I just bought a red 1988 iroc convert. I't has gold iroc badges on the bumper and each side skirt. I'm just wondering if I buy decals for the doors do they have to be gold? All i've seen on the irocs i've seen on the net have grey decals. thank you

Not all the Irocs came with the silver decals.To find out if your car came with the gold decals or not, look for the rpo code 88A (gold/black two tone stripe color). Yours probably came with them since it has the gold iroc emblems as well. I would buy them gold to match the emblems.

thank you, I checked the rpo codes and it came up 86a silver/black. also B6Q decal package 2 came up? the gold ones must have been put on after.

Good luck finding silver ones. I'm missing the one off the rear bumper. Darn hard to find. I've seen a couple on epay from time to time, good examples fetch close to $50. I bought an nos red one still in the package for future trade or something. On the package it says made in the United Kingdom. Guess that is why there are no reproductions. Someone makes a set and sells them on epay but they aren't exact.
