Since my other thread was closed I was wondering if anyone has anymore info on the black TTA pre production car and the vert TTA cars?

There are 2 TTA verts, and possibly a third in Mexico.
The Black TTA was one of the 5 prototype cars that were made at PAS.

One TTA Vert is owned by the person that also owns the Black TTA, he is in GA, the other TTA Vert was in CA, and I believe he is now in PA.

As a note: There are also a known 42 Formula 350 Convertibles and a known 141 Trans Am or GTA 350 Convertibles...

Here's the deal with TTA verts, there were:

Two (2) - T-Top Leather Production Cars converted by ASC

One (1) - T-Top Cloth #3 Pre-production Pilot Car converted by ASC (Owned by Jeff Beitzel at time of Conversion) Same vehicle that was on display at the LA and Las Vegas Auto Shows as a T-Top Cloth Show Vehicle. Ownership.....from Jeff Beitzel to Milton Robson to Rich Van't Hof.

Rich also owns two TTA/GTA test vehicles

TTA DCV (Design Check Vehicle) Hardtop in Flame Red Metallic / Beechwood

TTA ECV (Emissions Certification Vehicle) Hardtop in Black / Black

That sounds correct, the third car converted actually has a lower VIN sequence, than the other VIN that I have for the TTAs. Was it you or someone else that I had this conversation with?

Yup the third car was not a production TTA and was converted by the owner, who happened to be Jeff Beitzel, after regular production had ended. The little information I have on this subject comes from Rich Van't Hof who has a wealth of knowlegde on the TTA project but refuses to share any more than bits and pieces

I am still searching for the illusive 3rd TTA vert VIN... I have the list, I suspect it is one of the 15 that I have no info on, but... I do not know which one it could be.
