1990 IROC BROADCAST SHEET LOCATION

Does anyone know where GM put the broadcast sheets in these cars? I already took the seats out but found nothing.

by broadcast sheet do you mean buildsheet? I found the smaller one under my seat, and then I found my full buildsheet under my carpet in rear hatch, but it must have gotten wet at some point, and was stuck to my floor, and barely readable so it still resides there

Re: 1990 IROC BROADCAST SHEET LOCATION

Not all cars had them. It's a roll of the dice as to what the guy on the assembly line felt like doing with them. Many build sheets also ended up on the factory floor or tossed in the garbage. Does make it exciting to find one however.

Doing a search on the forum for "build sheets" and you will find dozens of rider's experiences and locations.

Good luck.

Re: 1990 IROC BROADCAST SHEET LOCATION

I just found this today:

I took out the back seat and plastic panels and it fell out from behind the left panel/armrest. I didn't pay too much attention to it because it just looked like a wadded up piece of paper (which it was). But, something about it made me take a second look.

The assembly line worker fulfilled the sheet and pulled it from the quarter panel, wadded it into a little ball and threw it back into the car.

The masking tape was still on it and made it very hard to un-wad.

EDIT: This was on an '86 IROC

You found a trim sheet.
While not the holy grail, they are also pretty cool. I found 2 of those so far in my ride. In the springs under each front seat.
