Power door locks, were they an option?

Car: 90 Camaro
Engine: 350 tpi
Transmission: t56
Axle/Gears: 4.10
Power door locks, were they an option?
I've been wondering about this on my car since I took my doors apart. Its a 1990 RS, it has manual everything but power locks. Its pretty much a stripped down no options base model so it struck me as odd that the locks were power (I didn't even know they were until I took the doors apart, I assumed the "switch" was just a picture showing how to lock the doors 
) Did they all come this way in 1990?

Thanks! So they are an option, but 90% of them had that option
