yet another what is my car worth post
insurance is killing me, i want to keep my car but those bastards are sucking me dry. It is a 92 Z28 305 T5 G92 3.4 posi, 4 disc factory car.
cool parts =
It is built for race/street (fully legal). Has weight jacks on all 4 corners with race ready springs, koni's up front, baer SS brakes, centerforce gold clutch, griffen raditor, no a/c, poineer speaker system, 6 point roll cage, two custom track tuned proms, motor was race balanced and blueprinted and countless thousands in other stuff.
comes with goodyear eagle F1s on custom painted 86 iroc rims (front ones are out of round and need to be replaced) and toyo proxy auto-x tires on 92 Z28 rims.
about 28k miles on it and the body looks ok, but certianly not showroom anymore.
here is a pic

None of that stuff matters, if anything it will hurt the value of the car. Same goes for the wheels. They make it look ghetto, the missing centercaps don't help.
Sorry but as it sits now I'd say its in the $4,500 market. Put it back to stock all around and it'd probably pull $8,000 easy.

If anything it is worth its weight in parts. I just do not have the time, space, or heart to part out a perfectly fine working car. I really would like to get atleast 7k, so I can pay for one semister of school. And if you saw the rims you would not say they were ghetto.

dude i have over 7 invested in my 88 iroc, it even has a brand new GM crate motor, and i cant even get 4500 out of it. so the next person i talk to with 4000, or around that, the car is theirs. good luck
