Buffaloman,
The photos you sent me are attached to this post.
Where did you get them?
Are they New Old Stock (NOS)?
I saw your earlier post that included discussion about big and small consoles. I'm not familiar with the size difference.
If they are NOS and will fit an 1987 IROC with TTops, I'll take one. Also, I'd like original packaging if available. Let me know by private message or e-mail what to do.
Thanks,
Rich

You either have a overhead console or just a light. If you look at the pocket it is just like the one in the console with the flashlight. I just replaced mine and the old one I took off and replaced didn't have a part number on it either. If you want a pocket that does drop down and you can use. This is it.

Buffaloman,
Still have any left?
I'm assuming to get the purchase process started... just send $20 with my shipping address via paypal to jeff@rummell.net - correct?
Thanks.

Pockets that are paid for shipped today. A copy of the paypal reciept is in the box. Please post back when you get them. Also when I installed mine I just cut the old plastic progs flush with the metal rings and reused the old metal rings to install the new pocket.
The picture is of a worn pocket. Still have more new ones.

Overhead console like new - worth the $$
Received the shipment today (Sat.) - looks exactly like the picture.
Took no more than 10 minutes to install. The days of the drooping pockets are no more.
Definatly recommend anyone who has an overhead console with a worn pocket to pick up this deal before supplies are gone.
As stated, this is a discontinued item and the chances on finding a brand new one or one in very good condition on ebay is slim.
Very glade to have come across this offer.

What's involved in removing the console to install a new pocket? I was considering fabbing a plate of some kind, to replace my drooping pocket. But, if you still have pockets left, I'd rather replace it.

2 screws under the dome light. Slide console forward and unplug the wires. The plasic tabs on the back cut them down by the metal retainning rings. Us a knife and pry off the tabs. Still have some left.

Re: new overhead console pocket.
This is a 9 year old post? Let me see if I still have some, but the price as went up to $50.00 shipped in the US. I sold three last year for that price.
