This is a very nice condition piece in dark gray which attaches to the seat and secures the power seat controller (# 16711320)
From experience, I can tell you that when properly prepped, it can easily have it's color changed.
Additionally, as you know, 4th gen seats are a direct/no modification swap into 3rd gen cars. So, if you've done the swap already and have power seats in your 3rd gen, this piece can be used toward the completion of your project.
