Car: 1983 WS-6 Trans Am
Engine: 1999 L31 5.7 Vortec
Transmission: 5 speed
Axle/Gears: Auburn Limited-slip w/3:73 gears
1983 Trans Am Parts needed.
I am looking for the actual, 4-spd O/D automatic shifter and console shifter plate with ash tray.
I have an auto. shifter out of an 89 Camaro, but it doesn't bolt to the floor like the Firebird shifter does.
I have the shifter and good Camaro shift plate to be used as trade.
The shift plate HAS to be from a 83-84 Firebird only.
