I bought a set of '94 Firebird seats this past weekend, and I want to get them embroidered, but I can't figure out how to get the headrests off. I searched on several boards, and came up with the responses telling folks to remove the plastic back...but my 94 seats are cloth on the back. My 97 Hawk has plastic back there, but none on these seats.
So...anybody know how to get them off? I even tried to get the covers off, and the only thing I got done was a single snap at the bottom of it...but it didn't seem to allow anything to come loose.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

If they are the same as the leather ones, you will have to pull the covers off since you don't have the plastic backing.
There is a small clip on the left post of the drivers seat (looking at the back of the seat) and a clip on the right post of the pass seat (also looking from the back of the seat.
