Rear View Mirror Style
I have an 83 that I swapped the rear view mirror from an 82 years ago. I thought they were the same style, but I think the two are different. I'd like to get a replacement that is correct for my year.
Can anybody who has an 82 or 83 tell me what the the day/night lever looks like on their car?
Mine that came out of the 82 has the thin lever that pivots side to side. The other style I think I might need is the wide lever that I think pivots back and forth.
Also, if you could see if the sides are either straight and angled, or rounded, that would be great too.
Thanks!
Larry

My old 83 had the side-to-side lever, and as far as I know it was original. It was sort-of hook shaped, perfect for hanging fuzzy dice from
