chromed my instrument cluster (pics)

took it apart and sprayed it with that metallic chrome rustoleum. matches my wheel and other pieces better, until i fab up some auto-meters.

looks nice. I did the same with my Firebird gauge cluster. There is a small gauge bezel behind the glass and the gauges that I painted chrome. Looks really nice and factory. I'll get pics of mine tomorrow...

You can add to the brightness of your cluster lights and add a dash of color that looks OE:

I did what JamesC did aswell. Just the interior bezel was painted...



sorry for the dirty-ness in the car, I haven't had a chance to clean it out

Will change the bulbs at the same time. I have a metric speedo that I am changing into my dash soon. Will help being here in Australia to have the large speedo numbers in metric. Hard to see the numbers the way they are now. thanks for the pics.

yeah, the gauges look GREAT at night. Unfortunately I'm on vacation right now and forgot my memory card reader, so I can't post pics. But if I figure out a way I will. If not, you guys might just have to wait till Monday night
