sagging elastic on over head console pocket
I know I remember seeing how to repair this before. I cant seem to find it anywhere though? Anyways my pocket is in perfect shape just the elastic has sagged. Any tips on how to repair it was just thinking of either cutting it off or attempting to sew it.

I would try to sew it before I get rid of it.Maybe you can put some thread in where it folds and make it a little tighter.

That's a good idea,never crossed my mined.You can put some in the pocket itself and that should work well.

I unstitched one side, pulled it tighter and restitched it. Since I never put anything in it, there's no issues with not being able to open it fully.

i just neatly clipped mine , stored it and plan to sew it (albeit shorter) back on in the future.

Sweet thanks guys I may just take it to my mom and let her try and sew it lol. Is there an easy way to remove it? It just clips in right, I dont wanna risk breaking it.
