1987 IROC Interior Parts Needed, Help
Hi all,
I'm looking for those plastic screws(black) that keep the interior in tact back where the hatchback is. These screws are colored and go into white clips, that keep for example the panel for the spare tire compartment in place. Where can I buy new ones?
#2- Where can I buy a new or used Driver side under dash cover , its the cover that covers the wires by the pedals, but mine has a vent in the far left side. Where can I get one or anyone have one around they want to sell?
Thanks,
Shane

You can find those big plastic cargo/tire cover screws usually in the HELP/dorman parts section of most big box parts stores.
Also the white plastic "clips" that they screw into are usually broken and you can find them on fleabay along with the screws.
(thats where i got mine)
Clips: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-pcs-82-92-Pontiac-Firebird-Chevrolet-Camaro-interior-cargo-panel-nuts-/310423379696?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item4846acdef0
Screws: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-pcs-82-92-Pontiac-Firebird-Chevy-Camaro-interior-cargo-panel-screws-black-/370609505828?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item564a0c4624
Again I will mention Dorman/help no longer stocks them.
Some stores may still have some old stock in their Help section.
NO local GM dealers in my area have them either.
If your looking for the "hush" panels send a e-mail to Denny and or check out www.thirdgenranch.com

BTW: Its hit or miss IF your car had hush panels!
Some did, some didn't and some had only one or both depending on the year according to several threads here. My 84 only has one on the right side.
thirdgenranch.com has A right side one for $7.50:
