LS1 to 91 RS, what's involved with the LS1 power steering pump & water pump?

LS1 to 91 RS, what's involved with hooking up the LS1 power steering pump & water pump? I've read a lot of thread but haven't see the details of this. Please advise. Thank you.

Re: LS1 to 91 RS, what's involved with the LS1 power steering pump & water pump?

Are you asking about hoses?

Power Steering Pump... Just use the 4th gen lines. They screw right into your stock steering box. If you have the factory power steering cooler on your thirdgen, that will work as well. If you are going to try to run the LS1 fans/radiator set up, then you might not be able to use the factory thirdgen PS cooler. I couldnt...

Water Pump... If you are using the 4th gen radiator, just use the 4th gen hoses. They work 100% for me. If you are keeping the 3rd gen radiator, just do some searching on here. I know there are some threads with part numbers of different hoses that will work. Also do some research on ways that guys hooked up the steamline for the LS1. If I come across one of the threads, Ill post it. But Im pretty sure there are a few on that subject.

Actually...there is a sticky in the LTx/LSx forum. Check it out. Has all the info you'll need.
