Car: 1992 RS Engine: LS1 in progress.... Transmission: T56 Axle/Gears: 10 bolt auburn pro posi, 4.10 gears | LS1 and T-5
| I am looking into doing an LS1 swap into my 92 camaro. I noticed a lot of used complete engine packages on ebay come with a transmission. Does anyone know if you can bolt a t-5 up to an LS1? The reason why I ask is because I have a new $2000 (plus conversion kit) Tremec TKO600 in my car right now. Id rather use the 5 spd because the tremec is stronger then the 400 lbft t56. I need some input please, and if it doesnt fit does anyone wanna buy a tremec setup for a chevy with less then a 1k on it???? Help is needed...... | | |
