lt1 exhaust manifold plug

hey i need to know how to plug up the egr pipe whole on the stock manifolds of an lt1 i have tried a plug but with vibrations it comess off since it is standard and not metric what could i do there?

Try seller Custom Billet Works Inc on eBay. His products and service are first classs. You might also look at item #220565786580 remembering the plugs are different sizes for the Y body Corvette and the F body Camaro/Firebird.

Take the old fitting that was unscrewed from the manifold and weld it shut, then put the plug back in there. Cheap, simple and effective, three things rarely grouped together
