fuel system help. ls swap

hi. i have decided to forgo rebuilding and installing a tpi motor into my 84 camaro in favor of an LS swap. i found a good motor from a 98 trans am and a t56 transmission and i am underway now. i have swapped the fuel pump and lines from a 98 GTA into my fuel tank and now i need a little help with finishing out the lines. i found a lot of threads dealing with this and i think i have a pretty good idea of how to finish it out but a little help would be appreciated..

basically i have 4 hard lines out of my tank. one fuel supply, one fuel return, one canister return, and one to the vent. i plan to reuse these and use the c5 corvette filter regulator. does anyone know what year corvette works best for this? the parts store wasnt sure which one was a regulator equipped model. are all c5 corvette filters also regulators?

also, does anyone make an adapter to connect a had line to the factory disconnect at the engine?

and does the EVAP line going into the throttle body on the ls engine (tied to the fuel intake line) just get hooked up to the canister? just like the old charcoal canister hook ups?

thanks!

For the filter, I looked up the '99 Vette application. The Wix # is 33737.

The 4th gen evap system is PCM controlled with inputs from the tank (fuel level, pressure) and engine. To the best of my knowledge, it is not compatible with the 3rd gen canister.

Russel makes quick disconnect fittings with AN flare fittings on the back side.

^^^^ that's the diagram I used and works great. I also order my Vette fuel filter from O'Rileys for $20. Should have all the lines right but wouldn't the sending unit off a '98 read different then from a 3rd gen?
