well had to work on the Iroc some more.

a few weeks ago I was getting the car ready to go out for the first time. I was takingit to a fbody meet. well the car was idleing in the drive when it shut off. come to find out the oil pump had siezed up i think it was because a chunk of a broken lifter got into it. so it was time to pull the motor and go through it. it was built 15+ years ago sat in a garage for 12 years then i bought it and it has only been run a handfull of times in the garage when a rocker came loose (needed adjusted I was busy doing other things and figured i would get to them ) well when it came off the push rod got hung up on a guide and bent in half at the same time busted a lifter. pulled all the chuncks out and changed the oil it was a 50 50 chance other pieces got into the oil pan well i guess it did . as the oil pump siezed up when it did it sheared teh roll pin for the distributor and killed the motor. so good time to go through it. with that done figured fill in some of the firewall holes and paint the firewall the same color as the car . here is the results .
