Moving back to VA as of July 1st

I am moving back to Richmond VA because of some issues between me and my ex (gotta love the virginia court system) Does anyone know of a place either in MD/DC/Northern VA (if I dont get it done before then. That would mount tires on rims for cheap? I have the tires already on rims but they were just given to me that way. The situation is kinda strange, I want to remove the tires from the rear rims (those tires are still good but I dont need em so I would be giving them to the person that does the mounting of the other tires for me. I would also be giving the rims to them as well; but would be moving the rims/tires mounted to the front since they are a little smaller in width and move the tires I bought two weeks ago that were in the front to the rear. I wouldnt mind spending about 30 to 45 dollars to have them mounted but I am kinda tight on cash since, well you know paying for children cost alot of money anyways. Not asking for hand outs but just wanting some help on the situation. the tires I have currently are P215/65/R15 and the tires I want to replace the rears with are P205/60/R15 and the guy said to put em on the front which I wanted to do anyways.

Let me know if you have any info
Thank you
