How do the spring rates compare to, say, IROC-Z springs?

How is the ride height, front, back, and overall clearance?

I'm sorry, i find it hard to focus on the car. The shineyness is blinding me.

Hmm...time to investigate the budget...

Ok i did a search, what's this "pogo" effect? Like what causes it? is it bad ?

How many miles are on these?

pogo is an effect that is affected by poor combination of shocks/struts and springs.

these springs have been cut in the front. exactly one half coil off of the fronts just like in the gm hightech article and recommended by eibach which is why their is a slight rake in the picture. they have roughly 8,000 miles on the rear and aprox 5,000 on the front. i have had them for a little over 3 years. they are not sagging or worn out but they are not new.

highly recommend a set of bilstein hd's with any eibach pro-kit.

What is the article you refer to? I have pro kits I just installed on my car. And I run mine with KYB AGX's.

How would they (Bilsein) compare to the QA1 12 way adjustables for the rear?

My friend wrecked his 92 (sad day ), but has offered me first dibs at whatever i want off the car. He has the Hal 12 ways out back with about 7500 miles of soft driving (never had the chance to go to the track). he said like the Gen-F or something, i dunno. Just curious as to if i should grab them or save for Bilstein HD's like you say.

well the 12 ways are 300 new for the pair of shocks and the bilsteins are 400 for the struts and shocks.......the bilsteins are an excellent ride but they aren't adjustable.

you'll figure it out.

i'll take thoes silly adjustibles off your hand if you dont want them.....

anyhoo, looking at thoes pics makes me depressed about my car.
i still have the stock springs...

yet..

my car sits lower then yours does with 1/2 a coil out of the lowering springs.

i want to replace my springs, but at the same time, i want my car about 2" lower then it is... (im guessing thats called a 4" drop?)

I'd like to see this article on cutting Eibach's. (I just want to see their reasoning for it). Is it on their website...do they HAVE a website?

Mr. Dude, if i don't take the QA1's, I'll let him know you want them. ....IF i don't take them

Id also like to see the article...Im in the process of doing my suspension and have my eibach pro kit waiting to go in. Would like to know the reasons they have for cutting the fronts other than i do like the stance.

thanx

Hey Jeff, if you still have those by Sept, I'd be willing to take them off your hands.

Oh, and by the way, which night do you and your fanclub(everyone else who meets up with you, cus lets face it, your car is BAAAAAAAD AAASSSSSSS!) meet at Mt. Clemens? Seems I'll be getting outta class at 5pm on Tue & Thur this fall.
