Well I had a feeling I was gonna fail.. I shoulda just hit a private station like I wanted to but figured I'd get through this one last time since I've passed here twice before, but didn't..

The car sat all winter long, I drove it for like a week and got all the old gas out and refilled and drove a few more days, then it sat all this week beacuse the inspection expired and I let the car run for a bit before I left and drove around getting a couple things done then went. Is it possible I failed beacuse the car hasnt been driven alot recently? The cat is only 2 years old and I've passed twice already with the same mods but the car is up to 102k miles. The car does smoke a bit on startup (valve seals?) Otherwise any suggestions would be helpful beacuse I'm not sure what else it might need!

When I bought mine it had sat for almost a year and when I brought it in it failed. I drove around a few months and in that time had changed the plugs, cap and O2 sensor (looked like crap, but wans't failing to throw a code). Next time it passed. I too have the smoke from bad valve seals on startup - was told that won't really affect emissions.
