A 69 Firebird with all the new parts you describe, should go for more than $3500. I could only provide a wild *** guess about a "good" price for it, since Im neither an authority nor that close to the 1st gen market. But I think the offered price is low.

well it looks like alot of work but it dont look like hard work , the bigest prob would be under the hood in the engine bay and stuff , that is one hell of a deal i would say and i would buy it , i would of offered around 4-6 grand would be a nice number to get for it , if i had a garage and a place to work on my cars all the time i would buy it for sure
