ive been wanting to get a long island cruise night for us thirdgenner's july 5th is a saturday. place to meet deer park ave. about 8:00pm if we can get enough people it would be an amazing site up on that strip, it would kinda be like a time portal back to the mid nineties..lol as most of u probably know d.p.a. is a local cruise strip that used to be filled with thirdgen's and 5 liter mustangs. know its mostly *****'s and some serious muscle that comes out late at night. we can fill up a parking lot, and do some laps together. this would also be a good chance for thirdgenner's to meet, check out eachother's rides and have a great time. imagine deer park ave with 30+ thirdgens's rolling down it!! if u r interested reply to this thread.. planning it now could make for an awesome huge cruise night.. maybe an annual thing?

I just finished putting the 4,10s in and now I need to think about either lowering the gears or geting a new motor.

leave the gears....get a new motor haha....it always works...match the power to the gears...not to gears to the power....i drove mine yesterday since it was so nice and i had a day off....man i love that damn car and how it whips sideways through bellerose

I would love a LT1 or preferably a LS1 (hey if I could dream lets drop in a LS7) however then I would need to chang the trany and all the mounts and basically spend a lot to get it in.

So I would like to try and stay with the TPI type set up... What would you recommend?

i donno i could try to track a ls1 down for you, but the swap will end up about 10 grand or so ...i had a zz4 crate in mine couple years ago...nice motor...get the one with fastburn heads 385 horse and a stealth ram...should be nice....why dont u go carb...even easier...

8T9 Bandit...do you have any friends locally that are willing to participate...i'm only seeing 5 people give or take...is it just me or not that many people in the upper east on or participate on this site??? Whether it's parts or these local get togethers it never seems like a lot of people gung-ho about it. LOL, just my . We should have a way in the search block to search continental area or state wise, would make getting local help and these get togethers to occur more smoothly.

With the ZZ4 what mods would I have to do? and what would one cost me?


I really hate carbs and would prefer stay away from them

The NYC guys should also do a meet. We should all hang out somewhere cool. This import club I hang with, we hang at Ceasers Bay in Bay Ridge Brooklyn in the summer, maybe we could crash as muscle guys do show up. =D
